Information Technology Specialist

The company

A well-known international company that’s a leader in its industry specialization within manufacturing and logistics. My client is seeking a highly motivated I.T. professional. We are looking for someone who is proactive, enjoys taking ownership over their tasks, and likes to use their initiative to resolve request and tasks on hand.

About the role: 

• Be the main contact for external providers to resolve relevant I.T. requests
• Build a collaborative relationship with end users
• Provide Helpdesk support level 1, level 2 and level 3 including onsite hardware requests.
• Constantly update database with all internal and external documentation from Requests, actions to resolutions.
• Execute adhoc I.T. Administrative requirement and task

 About you

• Proven experience as an I.T. specialist / helpdesk support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and technical problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to priorities tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
