What was your first ever job?

Picking rockmelons and watermelons as a teenager in Western Queensland.

What made you want to come and work at MTC?

The position at MTC Recruitment allowed me to give something back. Knowing that our surplus goes back into the community was a big driving force behind my decision. The business was very small, but the opportunity was enormous.

What are you responsible for in your role at MTC?

I am the General Manager for MTC Recruitment. My responsibilities include the strategy of the business, the finances, people management, and the day-to- day operations.

Tell us a bit about your life outside of work.

I am married with two young children. My weekends get taken up with the kids' sports, but I also enjoy playing golf.

​

What are some of your goals (work or personal) for the year?

Work wise, I would like to see the business continue to grow. With growth, there will be more opportunities to work with clients and help more candidates.

Are there any TV shows, movies or books that you’ve seen or read recently that you’d recommend?

I am actively watching YouTube videos on Disneyland as my daughter would like to go there next year for her birthday.
