Join a Leading Australian Egg Supplier – Forklift Operators Wanted!

Our client is a trusted and established leader in the Australian egg industry, providing fresh, delicious eggs since the 1970s. As one of the country’s largest egg producers, they are committed to quality and excellence. Due to growing demand, we are looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join their dynamic team in Minchinbury for an immediate start.

Position Details:

·      Location: Minchinbury

·      Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

·      Hourly Rate: From $34.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

·      Operate Counterbalance Forklift efficiently and safely

·      Load and unload trucks with care

·      Wrap pallets for transport

·      Assist with bulk picking and packing orders

·      Perform general storeperson duties

·      Handle heavy lifting (up to 25kgs)

·      Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have:

·      Proven experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance)

·      A strong work ethic and reliability

·      Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain focus

·      Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

·      Ability to follow processes and instructions

·      Willingness to work in a cool room/fridge environment (approx. 4°C)

·      A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn

·      A valid LF Forklift Licence

·      Australian working rights (unlimited)

·      Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test

·      Availability for an immediate start
