Customer Service

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Customer Service Officer to join a dynamic team in Emu Plains for a two-week role. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working alongside a dedicated team.

Location: Emu Plains, NSW

Start Date: Monday, 14th April 2025

End Date: Friday, 2nd May 2025

Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Key Duties:

• Work alongside an existing long-term Customer Service Officer
• Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers professionally
• Take messages and pass on relevant details/enquiries
• Manage emails via MS Outlook
• Potentially assist with quotes, purchase orders, and checking pricing in the system
• Work with an ERP system called SAGE (which will soon be replaced by Microsoft)
• Record client notes in the CRM system (HubSpot)

Requirements:

• Ability to work the required hours (8:30am to 4:30pm)
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills
• A minimum of 2 years' phone-based customer service experience
• Highly organised and able to work effectively in a small team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with precision
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel, basic level)
