About the role 

Reporting to the Marrickville Team Leader, this position will focus on permanent recruitment in both the blue-collar and white-collar sectors. Your key focus will be conducting sales calls and visits to generate new positions for you to fill. You will thus be handling end to end recruitment processes from initial client engagement through to successful placement. You will have access to an extensive list of

lapsed clients, a BDM who will generate business for you and an incumbent who can guide you. You will have a large geographic area to recruit in,anywhere east of Homebush and Bankstown.

About you

To be effective in this role you will have:

•  Previous experience working as a permanent or sales consultant
• A sales background
• Previous proven success generating new business
• A can-do attitude
• High attention to detail
• Exposure to recruitment CRM packages is an advantage
