Mattress Assembly Worker

We’re looking for reliable individuals to join our team in Padstow, working hands-on with quality mattresses. In this role, you’ll assist with essential steps in production and assembly, supporting the creation of products customers trust.

Duties:

• Product Preparation: Picking materials, such as fabric, to prepare for assembly
• Assembly Support: Assisting assemblers in the mattress assembly process
• Occasional Lifting: Lifting up to 20kg as needed

Details:

• Pay Rate: $31.44 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 am - 2 pm + potential overtime
• Position Type: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Skills and Experience:

• Physically fit or capable for lifting and physical tasks
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Open to all ages and backgrounds
• No specific experience required, but prior work in warehousing or manufacturing is a plus
