Welder/Fabricator

Our client is based in St Marys, they make water tanks for numerous industries, as they started the business back in 2011 they have grown and found a gap in the market place in which they operate and fill the needs of companies.

They have built a reputation over 10 years for delivering quality design, manufacture and installation of a wide range of projects within the commercial, healthcare, retail, industrial, transport & data centre sectors in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. They are at the forefront of new and innovative product design, and through successful project delivery have established a strong repeat client base.

You will need to be able to:

·      Prioritise work in conjunction with Production Manager and Fabrication Supervisor

·      Perform fabrication of all elements of a tank within scope of Tank Vision machining and tools

·      Ensure all fabrication is checked against drawings prior to releasing to dispatch

·      Keep fabrication area clean, tidy and hazard free at all times

We are looking for a welder who has a CERT 3 in welding/fabrication. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 7am-3.30pm, however there is very little overtime. The pay rate is $50.00p/h on the casual rate of pay, this is a temp - perm role with a view of going permanent. You will be shadowing the supervisor, as down the track this could be come your position.
