Join a Leading Manufacturing Company in Caringbah – Production Staff Wanted!

MTC Recruitment is partnering with a highly respected manufacturing company based in the heart of Caringbah.

Hours of Work: 12-hour rotating roster (8-day cycle, including weekends):

• 2 days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 2 nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 4 days off, then the cycle starts again.
• Training: 2 weeks of day shift training (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Pay Rate: $51.01 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging, lifting, and carrying products (under 12kgs)
• Accurately recording production data
• Maintaining cleanliness and order on the factory floor, including routine machine and equipment cleaning
• Performing standard packaging adjustments to meet specifications
• Identifying and reporting any product quality issues (e.g., short shots, bubbles, carton defects)
• Ensuring machines operate at the correct cycle time
• Adhering to quality procedures and policies
• Following supervisor's guidance on workstation and machine layout as per labour allocation

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 20kg safely
• Familiarity with general hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment
