High Reach Forklift Operators

MTC Recruitment is currently working with a leading Pharmaceuticals Supply company based in Prestons, specializing in the efficient distribution of goods across Australia. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled High Reach Forklift Driver to join our warehouse operations and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm

Pay Rate: $32.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities: 

- Operate a high reach forklift to stack goods at heights (up to 6 bays high) 

- Load and unload stock from trucks 

- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for dispatch using RF scanners

- Maintain inventory and ensure correct stock placement 

- Ensure warehouse safety protocols are followed 

- Assist with general warehouse duties as required 

Requirements:

- Valid LF Forklift Licence 

- Proven experience operating high reach forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment 

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision 

- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently 

- Excellent communication skills 

- A strong commitment to safety
