MTC Recruitment are specialist recruiters within the Manufacturing, Logistics and Warehousing sectors. From keeping the wheels of logistics turning to powering the engine of manufacturing, we know the essential role that skilled staff – both blue collar and white collar - play in driving businesses forward.

Currently, we are seeking expressions of interest from Manufacturing and Production professionals for opportunities across the greater Sydney metro area.

Ideal criteria include:

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, business, engineering or relevant experience.
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Operations or Manufacturing Management
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing principles and process improvement
•  Ability to implement strategies to optimise production using lean principles. (Preferred)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and develop cross-functional team members
• Ability to make sound business decisions and resolve problems effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Technical competencies in manufacturing (e.g. technical drawings, blueprints, PLC's, CAD/CAM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software
