THE ROLE
This organisation is currently looking for an outstanding, Allied Health OT, Exercise Physiologist, or an RC or Physiotherapist to join their professional corporate health organisation to provide RTW advice and to assist in their ongoing growth across Australia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Working within a professional corporate health organisation providing RTW plans.
· Develop specific and appropriate RTW plans
· Negotiation of upgrades in physical capacity
· Liaise with all treating parties to drive claims forward
· Assisting in onsite and remote RTW Coordination for our clients
· Ability to communicate strongly with stakeholders
· Actively participate in claims and injury management reviews
· Provide injury management and early intervention services including obtaining all relevant information and documentation from our clients
· Maintain a high level of customer service and excellent relationships with, Employers Teams, Insurance Brokers and our direct clients to achieve positive outcomes
· Case management, reporting and maintaining a high standard of detailed reporting and case notes
· 3-Point contact for all new injuries
· Facilitate medical consultations, case conferences and teleconferences
· Travel to a variety of client and employer sites for workplace meetings
KEY CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent written skills
· Excellent Presentation Skills
· AHPRA Registered
· ESSA Registered
· Experience in a previous role in Injury Management
· Experience in a previous role in Clinical Injury Treatment
