Production Worker

MTC Recruitment is partnering with a well-established seafood supplier located in Kingsgrove to expand their team. They are seeking motivated and experienced Production Workers to join their growing workforce.

Position Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am – 3pm or 8am – 4pm
• Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing oysters with precision
• Manual handling and moving oysters throughout the warehouse
• Operating in cool storage areas
• Using Excel to track and update oyster stock
• Counting oysters in dozens
• Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to client cleaning requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Physically fit and able to stay on your feet throughout the day
• Hardworking with a strong commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in cold storage environments
• Able to count accurately in dozens
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Full unlimited Australian working rights
